Grace Paull, artist and illustrator of children's books, was born on a farm in Cold Brook, New York, in the Adirondack foothills. In 1954, Miss Paul moved from New York city to the art studio she had built at the Cold Brook Farm. There she began to work more extensively with watercolors and oils, and did a special collection of lithographs of historical places in and around Utica. This book tells of her early years, her accomplishments, the studio, her friends and relatives, the yellow house and the old feed mill gallery and much more. Illustrated with some of her works...
